From an experienced wedding planner and past bride myself, I would like to offer my own pieces of advice to help make your wedding day the best:
- HYDRATE AND EAT:
As your Planner, I will always factor this in on the timeline and assist with any pre-ordering with onsite room service. To sit down and enjoy some nice food and hydration is important ensuring you are fuelled up and not running on empty.
Water is your friend and keeping hydrated is key. On my wedding day, food was ordered in and delivered to the house, this saved pressure on anyone, and precious time was saved, with no cleaning up needed, except putting the kettle on. Don’t put on the dresses or suits until you have eaten and freshened up.

- KEEP CALM AND RELAXED:
By keeping a quiet, calm and stress free morning, you are off to a great start.
I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be, with too many people and too much noise and clutter around. Only those who need to be in the room should be, with minimal interruptions.

- DELEGATE:
As your Planner / Co-ordinator, I have all the logistics, timelines and finer details carefully noted. This is not a day for you to micro manage things. I know it’s hard to pass the reigns over, I’ve been there. Just enjoy the day as bride/groom and soak up the hours on this very special day, it will fly by! All the planning has been done and decisions made.
Suppliers are here to make your day perfect and memorable. This is their field of expertise.
I will always guide your bridal party and assist with their duties, to ensure they feel confident and comfortable with everything. I am here for them too on your behalf.

- TIME TOGETHER:
The day really does go by so fast. It is wonderful to see couples being a couple on their day – enjoy a drink at the bar, sit down with a cuppa and a sweet treat, go for a walk around the grounds, mingle together with guests. All these special moments will be cherished for a lifetime, and with fond memories to look back on.
