Since she was a young girl, Saima has been fascinated by all the different varieties of exotic flowers and fashion designs. This led her to begin designing different Henna patterns on paper.
In 2010, Saima began her journey into the world of cake design, and she began to learn the craft by attending ‘Brennan’s Cook Shop’ in county Cork. On completing her course and earning her diploma in cake decorating, Saima put her new found skills into place and began trying new recipes and different designs.
Saima loves bold colours, intricate details and adding the WOW factor to her creations, and this is the hallmark of her cake designs. Together with her husband David, she specialises in creating the most exquisite sugar flowers that almost look too good to eat!
