With 25 years experience in cake decorating, Bernadette’s love of, and talent for cake making has developed naturally into modern, contemporary and classic designs. Her totally indulgent fillings include some of the following, but also many more; moist spicy carrot cake, rich chocolate cake with a rich milk chocolate filling, delicious fruit cake, and her signature madeira with white chocolate and raspberries. She also specializes in gluten free and vegan cakes.
