Before becoming a celebrant, David spent 15 years photographing weddings all over Ireland and beyond. And with a background in public speaking too, you could say that he has always been around life’s big moments, and he knows how to help people feel at ease in them.

His style is easy going, inclusive, and personal, and he takes time to get to know his couples, listening to their story, enabling him to help you shape a ceremony that feels right for you both – whether its a big celebration with all the bells and whistles, or a small, intimate gathering.
Having worked behind the camera and in front of a crowd, David has learned when to pause, when to keep things moving, and how to read a room when emotions run high. He brings a calm presence, a solid understanding of how weddings work, and a quiet confidence that keeps everything on track.
David is fully registered to perform legal, non-religious weddings and he is more than happy to include spiritual or symbolic touches in your ceremony if you would like them.
