Donna is a Celebrant and Solemniser accredited by the amazing Entheos Ireland. She is an inclusive Celebrant who believes that every person, no matter their age, sex, race, sexual orientation, abilities, or financial status, deserves the right to be married to their love, and have the ceremony that they dreamed of.
Donna studied as a teacher in college, but working in her local community was the thing that really fed her soul. For the past 20 years, Donna has been working with young people and families in the area that she grew up in. Like her beliefs in ceremonies, Donna believes that all young people deserve the right to the same opportunities as their peers from different areas.

While Donna will always have love for working with young people, she found herself being drawn more and more to her passion, creating beautiful and meaningful ceremonies for couples and families that represent them.
As a young girl, Donna wasn’t typically dreaming of the big, white, princess wedding, as she always associated that with a church, and that wasn’t the path that Donna saw herself on. She always believed that everybody should be able to get married however and wherever they choose. While planning her own wedding a couple of years ago, she realised that this was an option, and became fascinated by the world of modern weddings. She had found her calling.
Her celebrant journey began with her first training in 2020, and since then, Donna has become a member of Entheos Ireland, a wonderful organisation that has led her to be able to perform ceremonies for the most wonderful people. She feels truly lucky to be able to do this as her job and can’t wait to continue creating special ceremonies for couples for years to come.
