Although we go to great lengths to ensure that the information contained within each Supplier’s listing or image gallery, and appearing on any page within Website, is accurate and up-to-date, Ireland Wedding Suppliers Group takes no responsibility for any false, misleading or inaccurate information submitted to us by our Suppliers, and any actions or consequences of any such incorrect information.
Service Access
Although we will continue to strive to the best of our ability to ensure that the Website will be operational 24 hours, 365 days a year, we will not be deemed liable if the website becomes temporarily unavailable or is rendered inaccessible for short periods of time, due to essential maintenance or server downtime.
Ireland Wedding Suppliers Group bears no responsibility for loss of work or information input carried out on the website which is thus lost due to an inability to save/submit such work – whether due to server downtime or temporary glitches.
Subscription Periods
Suppliers can be featured by opting for one of two paid Subscription options. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly period depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription. For both options you will be charged a one-off set-up fee. Payments are managed by PayPal.
At the end of each period, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or if Ireland Wedding Suppliers Group cancels it.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your PayPal Account settings page or by contacting us via email hello@mybigday.ie. You will not receive a refund for the fees already paid for your current Subscription period and you will be able to access the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.
Refunds
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Ireland Wedding Suppliers Group on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.

This Website may link you to other sites on the Internet or otherwise include references to information, documents, software, materials and/or services provided by other parties. These websites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive.
