CASA NOVA ESTATE is a stunning 600-acre private Estate overlooking the Garraf National Park.
The villa has been renovated luxuriously with fresh contemporary styling. It offers the added indulgence of a huge infinity pool, large terraces, and  landscaped tropical gardens. At Casa Nova, you can enjoy complete privacy in the beautiful surroundings.

The estate offers several shaded sitting areas and sunbeds over the gardens. Here you can spend your afternoon enjoying the lovely infinity pool with stunning views, or a beautiful breakfast at the roofed terrace while the sun rises over the Garraf National Park.

The intimate atmosphere with an abundance of garden areas makes it the perfect setting for your dream wedding.
We can host weddings, events or retreats for up to 250 guests in the spacious gardens.  

Casa Nova is located just 10 minutes from charming seaside village Sitges, and only 30 min away from Barcelona Airport. 

The capacity of Casa Nova Estate 

The villa has 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and can accommodate 18 overnight guests and up to 250 event guests.

We can add 3 extra single beds to some of the rooms for a total of 21 overnight guests.

We can also offer an additional glamping option of 2-4 person tents (maximum of 3 tents).

ALCAZAR Del GARRAF Is a 2000 sqm mansion, with tropical gardens and 2 large swimming pools. 

By booking this mansion, you will say yes to 40 acres of private secluded grounds and can be sure that every amenity you and your guests will need is at your disposal.

The nature surrounding Alcazar del Garraf is unforgettable. When you arrive at the mansion, you will immediately feel the luxury and privacy it can offer for your wedding celebration. It has this authentic Catalan Villa atmosphere, which can’t be explained but must be experienced.

The mansion’s owner is a dedicated Art Collector who has blended a yearlong worldly collection into a modern living style in a majestic countryside setting.

Picture yourself sitting on the terrace, enjoying the magnificent views of the mansion’s grounds and the breathtaking Garraf Natural Park. You will have tropical gardens with shaded seating, 2 large swimming pools, and plenty of sun loungers. We also offer a BBQ and a wonderful large courtyard where you can enjoy Al Fresco dining during your entire stay.

Even though the mansion offers complete privacy and tranquillity, you will be located only 15 minutes drive away from the renowned beach town Sitges, 5 minutes to the quaint villa of Sant Pere De Ribes, and 30 minutes to one of Europe’s most exciting cities—Barcelona!

Capacity of Alcazar Del Garraf 

The villa has 11 bedrooms (including a beautiful honeymoon suite) and 11 bathrooms.  The capacity is 22 overnight guests and up to 150 event guests. 

We can add 2 extra single beds to some of the rooms for a total of 24 overnight guests.

It is all designed with beautiful exposed wood beam ceilings, terracotta tiled flooring, antique furniture, and a professional, up-to-date kitchen. 

Walking outside, you will find stylish patios and terraces, surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees. And of course, being in Spain with the lovely sunshine, a private infinity pool is also at your disposal. We can’t imagine a better scenery where you can enjoy your Al fresco dinner with your loved ones.

When staying in Masia Victoria, you will be just on the outskirts of the lovely small Catalan town of Sant Pere de Ribes, with walking distance to all the shops, bars, and restaurants you could need during your stay.

This property is ideal for intimate wedding celebrations with a relaxed, chic vibe full of luxurious rustic charm.

Capacity of Masia Victoria 

The villa has 14 bedrooms and 15.5 bathrooms, with a capacity for 28 overnight guests and up to 70 event guests. We can add a maximum of 6 extra single beds in some of the rooms. We also have a Masia just five minutes away where your extra guests can stay. If you wish to have more information, please let me know.

Please note that, due to neighbouring properties, we can’t allow music outside after 10 pm, although the party can of course continue inside.

Booking

Our rates are for the exclusive rental of the villa and grounds. 

Final cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit are paid separately.

To secure a booking, we ask for a downpayment of 20% – 40%, depending on the Villa, of the total rental amount, with the balance to follow 8 weeks before arrival. 

There is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night and is payable at check-out (or can be deducted from the security deposit). Guests aged 16 and under are exempt from paying the tourist tax and, for stays longer than 7 days, only the first 7 days of stay are payable. The price is subject to change according to the law; the applicable rate on the arrival date will be charged.

Catering

Cloud9 Barcelona is our exclusive catering partner. Their two passionate head chefs come from the well renowned Michelin star HOFFMAN School. Together with their professional and friendly team, they will give you the top culinary and service experience.
