Simply Divine Cakes is a home-based, family-run bakery in Galway, creating bespoke wedding cakes, pastries and cookies. Founded by award-winning pastry chef Niall Diviney, the business is built on a lifelong passion for baking, inspired by his mum. Niall trained at the College of Tourism and Arts in GMIT and honed his skills in renowned establishments in Ireland, the UK and France, including Renvyle House Hotel, Ballynahinch Castle, The G Hotel and The Lanesborough Hotel in London.
Using only the freshest ingredients, Niall brings each couple’s vision to life with creativity and care. Through personal consultations and cake tastings, he ensures every design reflects your style, complements your venue and theme, and tastes as good as it looks. He welcomes unique ideas, embraces a challenge, and is dedicated to crafting the wedding cake of your dreams.
