Minister Rebecca Kemp is a legal solemniser and award-winning independent celebrant, dedicated to creating wedding ceremonies that are personal, meaningful and memorable. She brings professional experience and heartfelt guidance to every couple, helping craft bespoke celebrations that reflect your love story.
As a legally registered Solemniser with FuturFaith Ministry, Rebecca can conduct legally binding wedding ceremonies at any HSE-approved venue. Your ceremony can include essential legal elements, such as vows and signing the Marriage Registration Form, alongside personal touches like candle lighting, handfasting or personalised vows. She works with you to include religious, spiritual or secular elements, as well as meaningful music, to make your day truly yours.
For couples seeking symbolic, celebrant-led weddings or elopements, Rebecca also co-creates non-legal ceremonies that celebrate your commitment in a deeply personal way. These can take place almost anywhere, from beaches and parks to private homes or other locations that reflect your style and story.
Before becoming an Officiant, Rebecca spent 18 years working with the Rose of Tralee International Festival which helped introduce her to Ireland’s vibrant events and media scene, and build strong relationships with venues and suppliers. It also gave her valuable experience in event planning and public speaking — whether presenting at large-scale events, guest speaking at conferences, or appearing on national television.
A published writer, with short stories that have won competitions and been featured in online publications and anthologies. Rebecca has hosted creative writing workshops and published a book of short stories. This love of storytelling now feeds neatly into her officiant work, helping her craft personalised, meaningful ceremonies that perfectly reflect the people and occasion.

For my wedding, I chose the incredible Rebecca Kemp to be our celebrant. We knew from our first phone call that she would be a great celebrant and would fit our ceremony perfectly.
