The Domaine de Meaucé is a striking fortified Percheron farm dating back to the 17th century, surrounded by tranquil moats, a vast park and a swimming pool.
For over three centuries, its historic buildings — sheepfolds, barns and stables — have made the Domaine an iconic part of the region. One of its most remarkable features is a 12th-century turret, a timeless witness to centuries gone by.
The manor house was expanded between 1850 and 1900, during the era when the Percheron horse trade flourished. Back then, wheat was stored in the same barns and sheepfolds that today welcome newlyweds and their guests.
At Domaine de Meaucé, you’ll find a setting for every special moment of your wedding day. Since 2018, the estate has hosted around 25 weddings each year, giving couples the chance to celebrate a whole weekend surrounded by family and friends.
Whatever the weather, the estate offers a high-quality Plan B at no extra cost — no tents needed — ensuring your day runs smoothly in any season.
Up to 85 guests can stay on site thanks to the charming combination of a teepee camp and traditional accommodation, including gîtes and lodge rooms.
For larger weddings, the two interconnecting barns can host up to 250 guests, providing plenty of space for an unforgettable celebration.
