Choquera is a Spanish Bistro, Bakery, Gourmet Shop & Wedding Event Catering business.

Choquera began in 2011, specializing in artisan and continental baked goods, supplying restaurants and cafes across Munster. By 2018, we expanded our baking range to include sourdough, Spanish, and other continental specialty bakes.

Our name “Choquera” means a woman from Huelva, a port city in the Andalusian region of Spain. Our aim is to bring the amazing cuisine found in this region to Ireland.
