Founded by third-generation jeweller Denise O’Connor, RARE continues a proud family tradition that began in 1938 when her grandfather, Thomas O’Connor, opened his first workshop in Dublin. Since then, the O’Connor name has become synonymous with quality and excellence both in Ireland and internationally.

Inspired by her heritage, Denise opened the doors to RARE Jewellery Design Dublin in 2013. Nestled in the city’s ‘Creative Quarter’ between Powerscourt Townhouse and George’s Street Arcade, the store has become a welcoming haven for couples seeking unique, bespoke designs with a personal touch.
