I will ensure your wedding cake will be a perfect centrepiece for your special day. With my 25 years experience in cake decorating, my love of baking has developed naturally into modern contemporary and classic designs. My aim is to create beautiful cakes for people who want a wedding cake that’s a little special.
My totally indulgent fillings include some of these favourites and many more:
moist spicy carrot cake
rich chocolate cake filled with a milk chocolate filling
rich fruit cake
my signature Madeira with white chocolate and raspberry
I specialise in gluten free and vegan cakes so why not have a chat about your special requirements
I like to give couples time in an easy and relaxing atmosphere for their cake tasting, enjoying the experience and making sure to be their dream wedding cake.

Our cake was FAB
We got married September 1st 2024 in Station House Hotel and Bernie created our dream wedding cake! We met with her and briefly discussed our theme for the day and she was able to take our vision and embody it in our cake. Not only was it stunning, it was absolutely delicious. We had three different tiers and still to this day my friends talk about my cake which we ate both on our wedding day and day 2. In addition to the creativity and talent Bernie has, she is also so organised in terms of logistics- I didn’t have to think about anything. The cake was set up and decorated everywhere I wanted it to be so that guests/ photographers/videographers could capture it. Would definitely recommend Bernie- she is so easy to work with, a professional that can pinpoint exactly what your looking for and always happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Our Cake Was Amazing

We got married in Seafield, and from the moment we met Bernie we felt so happy and confident with our decision to book our cake with her. She’s an expert in every element – from flavours to show stopping design! We created our dream wedding cake with Bernie’s guidance, and not only did it end up looking beautiful on the day, but it tasted delicious too! We got three tiers – one red velvet, one carrot cake and the top tier was her signature chocolate biscuit cake and there wasn’t a piece of cake left by the end of the night. We’ve since gotten that beautiful biscuit cake for other family occasions too! Thank you so much Bernie for helping to make our wedding day so special.

Bernie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She takes great pride in her work, ensuring that every detail is perfect for your big day. Bernie took the time to understand our design preferences and offered advice on what would work best for our venue and we felt comfortable placing all trust in her. Her takeaway box of cake flavors for tasting was incredible—each one was so delicious that it was hard to settle on just two! Our wedding cake was delivered the morning of the wedding, finished beautifully with fresh flowers, just as she envisioned. The final cake was not only stunning but also absolutely delicious. I highly recommend her to any couple looking for a wedding cake.
