The Ceólminers

The Ceólminers bring the heart of Ireland to your wedding celebration with authentic folk and trad music in the style of the Dubliners, The Fureys and Christy Moore. Their aim is simple – to create the atmosphere of a true Irish pub ballad session, filled with joy, warmth and unforgettable music.

With a set list that includes Irish favourites such as The Rattlin’ Bog, Grace and The Rocky Road to Dublin, alongside lively trad tunes on banjo and whistle, they guarantee a party atmosphere that gets everyone joining in. They even add a few of their own original songs, bringing something unique and personal to each performance.

The Ceólminers are a talented two-piece made up of Brendan Melia (vocals, guitar, harmonica, 5-string banjo and percussion) and Brian Kelly (tenor banjo, mandolin and whistles). For larger celebrations, they can expand to include additional musicians, from an Uilleann piper for your ceremony to a full five-piece band for an after-dinner party or Day 2 celebration.
